EXCURSIONS AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED IN DUBLIN Here is a list of the typical excursions offered on our Dublin Program. Note that actual excursion schedules are determined at the start of each summer and not all options may be offered every summer.
SUMMER
Each summer has one two-day trip and one day trip outside of Dublin. Options may include:
West Ireland Two-Day Trip Students will explore - the Cliffs of Moher, - Burren, - Gaeltacht in Connemara, - Clonmacnoise, and - Kylemore Abbey
Boyne Valley Day Trip Students will visit - Newgrange, - the Hill of Tara, and - Trim Castle
Wicklow Day Trip Students tour - Glendalough, and - Powerscourt House and Gardens.
OTHER ACTIVITIES typically offered each summer
Weekly
Wednesday course relatedexcursions include visits to locations such as Dublin Castle,
St. Patrick's Cathedral, Kilmainham Gaol, the Book of Kells, the G.A.A.
Museum, and the National Museum.
