These documents are copies of the materials students receive in an online format from AHA once they have applied for a program. Some of these materials may deploy at different times in the process, and university specific forms are not listed. This section was created to give advisers a general idea of AHA materials deployed to students once they apply for an AHA program. Students should always read and adhere to everything on their AHA profile page.
Materials include:
- Information about their Student Services Coordinator and the on-site staff
- Specific information about academics and excursions
- A rough estimate of budget
- Information about how to keep in touch with family and friends
- Travel planning
- Document preparation
- Visa information
- Housing information
